For the last 6 years, I’ve been a content creator sharing DIYs, fashion, and financial literacy.
Creative outlets have always been a fundamental part of my life, and social media came to be one of my main outlets for that…
Until it wasn’t. With being a full-time college student in STEM, working, and volunteering (social life, who?) I didn’t have time to fully experiment with my content. Fast forward to graduating in a pandemic, my creativity became abysmal. Since being a creative is at the core of my identity, not having ideas flowing through me made me feel lost.
I could fall back and make my usual content, but the idea of that didn’t make me feel happy. If I was gonna get my creativity back I needed to
be able to create content that was based on where my creativity led me, even if it meant sharing interests I’ve never made videos on.
I realized I needed a platform where I can explore multiple interests. I despised being put in a box so the last thing I needed was to be inflicting that onto myself. I have more to share than just one thing, so I went ahead and started me a blog girl!
